Our story
Two kitchens. One soulful table.
Brisotto was born from a simple, irresistible idea — that the warmth of an Italian Sunday lunch and the generosity of a North Indian feast belong on the same plate. We're not borrowing flavours. We're letting them sit beside each other long enough to become friends.
From hand-stretched flatbreads dressed in tikka, to risottos perfumed with biryani's holy trinity of saffron, cardamom & clove — every dish is a quiet conversation between two ancient kitchens.
